Jean Francois defines himself as a voyeur who attempts to capture the essence of a moment at it’s most crucial time. On his canvas, Jean Francois captures just that feeling with all the integrity which makes it true, real, colorful and vibrant.

Jean Francois creates all his paintings “al fresco” in one direct motion without interlude or stepping back. He calls it the flow and he takes all his chances, all his knowledge and trust all at once and lets it happen! Jean Francois said, “It is like having an Ouija board with a color paint jet mounted on it and you are channeling all your energy through it.”

The subjects are part of our everyday life and the symbols of our passage through it: love, hobbies, good life,...the result is a fresh and unique art which cannot be duplicated truly by anyone; not even by the artist himself.
